Questions?
Find answers to common questions about GlobalPassport™.
What makes Plan a “portfolio” approach?
Plan B tracks 2–6 residency programs across multiple countries. This diversifies risk. The survey checks eligibility and document overlap, then recommends a mix based on your risk profile.
How does the Mobility Profile survey set my risk profile?
It captures your situation, concerns, and goals, then recommends Conservative, Moderate, or Aggressive with asset counts:
• Conservative: 1 primary + 1 backup = 2 total
• Moderate: 2 primary + 2 backups = 4 total
• Aggressive: 3 primary + 3 backups = 6 total
What are “mobility assets” and how do I choose them?
Assets are residency programs you track. You can spread across many countries or stack programs in a few. Choose any mix that fits eligibility and interests.
Can I pick a different tier than recommended?
Yes. Select any tier. Add extra asset slots later for $50 per year each, up to 10 assets total.
How does Try Before You Buy work?
Plan B and Move: take the Mobility Wellness Survey. You see three sample country matches. Pay to unlock your full matched portfolio and tools.
Atlas: start at $25 per month and cancel anytime.
What is the difference between “primary” and “backup” assets?
Primary assets are top choices. Backups provide insurance if a primary becomes unavailable or less attractive.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be mode after cancellation.
Are the annual plans a one-time payment?
Yes, the annual plans are billed as a single, upfront payment for the entire year. This option provides a significant discount compared to paying monthly for our Plan B andMove tiers.
