Unlock data advantage: Integrate a key third-party data source (like Plaid) to enrich user profiles, achieving ≥15% measurable uplift in recommendation success.
Drive operational efficiency: Achieve ≥95% accuracy in document field extraction to fully automate the pre-filling and triage of client documents.
Ensure scalability and savings: Optimize all production models to achieve a ≥30% reduction in overall model inference costs.

Head of Growth

Own and execute the company's core Growth Loop: Drive measurable MoM increases in user activation and free-to-paid conversion.
Establish the foundation: Successfully launch and scale 3 core acquisition channels and the company's first compounding content engine.
Define the future: Create the growth model, key metrics (KPIs), and reporting dashboards that will guide the function's scale to VP-level.

Head of Biz Dev / Alliances

Define the Partnership Strategy: Identify, prioritize, and close the first 3-5 strategic alliance partners that align with our product and growth goals.
Establish Alliance Revenue: Negotiate and launch the core partnership agreements that contribute ≥X in new pipeline value within the first 6 months.
Build the Ecosystem: Own the end-to-end partnership journey, from initial contact to technical integration strategy and alliance management.
Scale the Function: Design the initial Biz Dev operating model and KPIs, preparing the function for rapid scale and team expansion.
