No Generational Limit: Ghana allows claims to african descent in the diaspora regardless of generational distance, provided the connection is well-documented
General: Applicants must provide comprehensive documentation proving African descent+Specific Documents: Birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates (if applicable)
The program is designed for members of the African diaspora in general with focus on proving African descent
Applicant should be of good character as attested to in writing by two Ghanaians who are notaries public, lawyers, senior public officers or any other class of persons approved of by the Minister
