Criminal Record: A clean criminal record is generally required, particularly if the applicant intends to reside in Lithuania or obtain a Lithuanian passport+Oath of Allegiance: Applicants are usually required to take an oath of allegiance or pledge loyalty to Lithuania as part of the residency process.
