What Can You Do With the Destination Thailand Visa?

With the DTV, you can work online for overseas clients while living in Thailand. However, you cannot work for a company in Thailand without a Thai work permit. This section will be updated as more information becomes available from official sources.

How Long Can You Stay in Thailand with the DTV?

The updated DTV allows you to stay in Thailand for up to 180 days per visit, with the visa being valid for five years. You can extend your stay once for a maximum of 180 days, and you also have the option to leave Thailand for one day and immediately restart the clock on your next 180-day period.
