Evidence of arranged accommodation for at least the first year of your stay. This can be a rental agreement or a document confirming property ownership in the Czech Republic.
A criminal history background check from your home country and any other country where you’ve lived for more than 6 months in the past 3 years, proving you have no criminal record.
Bank statements or other financial documents showing you have sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay+Trade License (Živnostenské oprávnění): Pre-approval or actual registration of the trade license is required. This involves submitting a detailed business plan and proving your qualifications for the proposed business activity
